Bangladesh has set an ambitious target of US$11 million in cement export revenue for the full FY22-23, which ends on June 30, 2023, aiming for a 15% year-on-year increase from the US$9.57 million collected in the previous fiscal year, as predicted by the EPB.
Notably, Bangladesh’s overall merchandise exports, which include cement and other items, reached US$37 billion during the fiscal year 22-23, a significant increase of 9.56% from the US$33.84 billion registered in the previous year’s equivalent time.

The Sena Kalyan Sangstha (SKS) trust, run by the Bangladesh Army, introduced the Sena LPG and Sena Cement brands at its Mongla Cement factory in Dhaka.
